In the 12th century, daggers were widely used by fighting troops. Many knights and foot soldiers back then used weapons like this knight dagger as a second weapon. The broad, double-edged blade has a fuller on both sides to give it superb balance. The slightly curved crossguard is made of steel and stable enough to deflect sword cuts. Between the grip wrapped with leather cord and the crossguard, there is a decorative, thin wrap of wire and the fan-shaped pommel is also very graceful and decorative. Our knight dagger comes with a leather scabbard.
