Designed for the rapier fencer with a preference for the cup-hilt style who wishes to spar in safety, our Fencing Practical Cup-Hilt Rapier and Main Gauche fit the bill perfectly. The rapier blade is similar in design to the practical blades for the swept-hilts but the length of the tang is adapted to the cup-hilt. The Main gauche blade is designed to have backbone at the forte while having the necessary tip flexibility for safe use. The AH2143 mask meets international punch-test standards and is recommended for use with these and any other fencing weapons.

Price Quality Very nice except the scabbard
Review by DerekNicely made and looks good. The only thing that let's it down is the awful plastic scabbard. That aside, it's a very nice sword for fencing
I am sorry that you did not like the scabbard but Hanwei have always had fibreglass scabbards for their practical range -
