Exquisitely handcrafted in stainless steel with a polished finish. This is a truly intriguing piece of memorabilia. At the shields heart is a Red Knights Templar Cross. This cross pattée is a type of cross, which has arms narrow at the centre, and often flared in a curve or straight-line shape, to be broader at the perimeter. The form appears very early in medieval art and metalwork and has always been the symbol associated with the Knights Templars.

The Templar’s Cross originally came from the “Mark of Cain”. The symbol of the cross is universal. Whereas one can find many meanings to the plus sign, or symbol of the Cross, the historic background of famous Knights Templar’s Cross contains multiple wonders.

The triangular shield, known as a kite shield, is double reinforced steel with triple reinforced corners. Beautifully embellished detailing of riveted golden studding and Red emblem against a natural steel finish, adds to the stunning contrast which make this shield so exquisite.

Comes with attached hanging chain on the back which allows for easy wall mounting
