English Brown Bess Musket

Product Review (submitted on 5 October 2017):

The Brown Bess arrived nicely packaged in a long cardboard box. Was impressed by the weight and general quality of the musket.

The trigger mechanism is excellent, although obviously the cock and flint are all one part. The flash cover works though, and is pushed out when fired.
The ramrod is also cast as part of the metal underside of the barrel, so can't be removed. The stock is beautiful too, and doesn't look too perfect to be machine made.
The bayonet has no sharp edges, but is still a metal pointy thing so could do some harm.

In all a wonderfully made replica that would look the part as a display piece or in reenactments.
